And yes, slaves did have jealousy, and all the other emotions. However, they had to be very careful not to exhibit certain emotions around the Free. Normally, Free ignored emotions from slaves, but, if the emotions were exhibited to the point it interfered with, or annoyed the Free, They did do somethi8ng about them.

But laters He regretted His rejection of vella deeply and wanted to buy her form that tavern but she was already taken by another Master. Which leads to further implactions between TC and vella when they neet again in the Tharai dessert and vella has her slave revenge on TC

I think and observed jealousy is something which only a few slaves in GS have been able to deal with in a Gorean way, many have been jealous and caused lots of troubles when their Masters showed interest for other slaves. Like many Masters restrict Their personally owned slaves.

Jarl, I think a lot of that has to do with the inability to separate r/t from v/t. alaves need to remember,that no matter how much they,or the slaves in the books, might love their Masters,it was rare for a Master to have a "love slave", and if He did He often did not let it become know2n, for fear of being seen as "WEAK".
