Ok folks, I already have a scribe everyone thank dagny for agreeing to scribe tonight, so unlike most nights, we're already ahead of the game. And...seeing as how most of you have gotten here ALMOST on time (closer than most weeks) Let's get this forum underway.....anyone with a topic for discussion....PM it to me,, and please keep all cross discussion to whispers....

Topics? Anyone? C'mon folks this is gonna be a quick forum if someone doesn't hand me a topic, I guarantee you don't want ME to come up with one....
grins ok well, we're gonna start this forum out with an announcement, and then Im going to offer some of my own thoughts about it. HEAR YE HEAR YE!.....ok corney I know, but anyway. Rast's girl, topaz to his, honor, and a testiment to her love of her Master's home will be teaching a dance class for any and all slaves who wish to attend. It will be on Wednesday at 9pm Poolside time, so, girls, bring your booties down and get ready to learn how to shake 'em.
Now for my thoughts: I think this is wonderful. I am encouraged by this, and I want to encourage every single one of you girls whether you already know how to dance or not to attend. For those who already know, you can offer the girl any help with those learning she might need. Furthermore, Im going to order that all GS owned slaves who are able to attend, to attend. GS is a paga tavern....the sign says "Paga and Dancing Slaves" which is not truth in advertising if none of our GS girls know how to dance....so that's my thoughts on that....

I recal one time almost dying RT when Master Xern said "whip dance" I had not done a whip dance ...eeekkkkk so I had a base dance and adapted that and survived LOL so my advice has always been to have a basic dance that any kajira cna adapt to.. it saves a girls back or worse *S*

Well the slaves run...and the man will toss the bola...hoping to entangle the girl..For experienced throwers aiming for the neck is common...but for those just learning we usually tell them to aim for the legs...that way if they miss slightly it will result only in a broken ankle or shin as opposed to a cracked head...grins...

You know what *I* like about Gor? I like many things. First and foremost I like the idea of honor, and the adherance to protocols that is accepted...at least in GS. Other places not so much, but in GS while I've been here, it has always been so. Second, perhaps Im a big ole lusty HNG at heart, but I like the eroticism of the slaves....I love that Gorean kajirae have no choice in their lives, I love that they live to serve and please, I love that as a man, I can snap my fingers and have a female do my bidding....I sometimes wish RT were so....*chuckles* but that is of course what makes Gor a fantasy, and not reality....Laroona adding but the main thing I like about Gor is I can turn off the PC and have a "normal" (no comments) life as I consider being in Gor takes away the harsh reality of RT and lets one relax in an evironment as Rast so well put in without inhibitions *S*

Alright folks, it was brought up again this week, about having some sort of event....now Kayla brought up several weeks about about having a drinking event, which was supposed to be happening this week but because of various reasons it fell by the wayside but that does not mean that we the Council are NOT considering such a thing.

Ok, an idea just struck me, something I'd like to see, being that it is RT the month of Sak'arr, and the 25 of Sak'arr (sp?) is a big event, as it was the fall of the 5 Ubars of Port Kar, and the ascension of the council of Captains perhaps that could be our event...and perhaps, just for gimmick's sake we could have it on the 25th...which gives us roughly 3 weeks to organize it, if we go ahead....does this sound like something everyone would like to see?

*shrugs* Well, I don't know if th 25th will be the best RT date for it, as Im understanding that is the RT Holiday of Thanksgiving in the US....so...it may have to be pushed back a week or so...but what Im seeing is an event...we hold a dancing exhibition to show off all the girls hard work that you've been training topaz....we come up with several games...."guess the slave" sounds like a good one, but meat toss, and perhaps "capture the slave" could also be done...corral a bunch of slaves into the sand pit with the understanding that they may not leave the sandpit, and then release 2 men to try and grab as many of them as they can and bind them and leave them in their respective corners....stuff like thatLaroona there was another game too... ramberry tossing at slaves whose hands were bound behind their backs, so slave has to catch in her mouth..other parts do not count
