The only thing I can say about this topic is that when GS was founded, originally, the first Council decided that a strict * neutrality * position was the BEST thing for us to do.....that being * FRIENDSHIP * with all sites that showed GS respect, and non-interference with those sites that didn't... it has worked well so far, and often made GS stand out above many other sites..... I would be VERY worried to see things change now...... in * MY * opinion

Once again I find myself compelled to ask some questions, or make some comparisons about a topic... This one of restrictions on the use of slaves........ It would seem a simple matter to my line of thinking....... Implicit authorization might be argued if the slave has no restrictions..... the master not worrying about placing any on the slave thereby leaves to door open, so to speak.....BUT.... if the master has taken the time to tell the girl her limits, he has stated that he does not wish for his property to be used without his express permission..... And to say that if such restriction requires that the slave not be allowed to travel alone, or only under guard, is to say that no other Gorean can be trusted......... Be it in the real world, where you leave your car parked, or your house locked..... Or on Gor..... where your kajira wears your ko-lar saying she is your property and tells any that ask that she is not for public use without permission........ An owner expects his property to be there, safe, unused, ready for him to return ..... To also imply that a man would misuse, or seek to use a slave sexually as an insult or as a weapon against another man, to me, would show just how small a person such would be.......One below contempt, and surely not worthy or due the title of Gorean master..... Cowards, weaklings, and lesser beings might do such...... But not Men....... Men do not use women as shields, or slaves as weapons....... Such a man is so far below contempt that he doesn't even deserve to be called a man..........

If any still have a question about what is right or wrong, or what should a slave do if forced to go against their masters orders.... I would suggest one possible way to either avoid or handle such..... Yes, she might be breaking a rule for that room by not begging for, and receiving permission to leave...... but she will be following his orders, and if there is a question as to her conduct, it will be for the master to answer why she left without permission......
