Lemuel~~~ Well, since I don't have any topics yet...I'll mention that I've posted a couple new trivia questions on the GS board, one in the trivia section and another in the slave board.

Ayana~~~ The time I have to read the board and catch up on things around here is during My lunch period, with such in mind, it requires the use of equipment that I do not own and am restricted to adding software to.
As a result, I must admit that I rely on the hearsay of Oothers to keep Me informed. The 15th pop up rather annoyed Me.

Philosophy of Training
Paedur~~~ I have a question which is Gorean and it is not.
Perhaps for the whole room as I know Lady Kayla is a trainer, and Lemuel You have such a magnificient girl.
What is Your philosophy on training submissives of slaves?
How do You view it?
Errand Knight~~~ Paedur: Im assuming you mean the training of a gorean slave...as you know the desired outcomes of gorean slave training and the training of a bdsm submissive are fundamentally different

I too am unsure what You mean Paedur. And I can't take credit for jasma's training since she was already well trained when I purchased her.
Paedur~~~ Lemual, she may have been a fine slave, but I am sure You had certain things You liked or disliked and she had to learn them in some manner some way.
How did You go about teaching her those nuainces of You?
Lemuel~~~ ~S~ Ah, I see...mostly through just having her serve Me and speaking with her privately, spending the time necessary for Me to get to know My slave and for her to get to know Me.

Kayla~~~ Ohhhh ~smiles~ I personally keep the slave pages open from Our Own Home pages and use alot of patience and many c&p's *ss* Since I have never done these serves Myself I rely on what galah and jasma and the others girls put together with the Council approval.

Lady Kayla, I understand Your methods but what about Your mind set, How do You feel or think when You are training one?
Errand Knight~~~ Paedur: for My part..and Im not sure I understand your question totally...as You say, the outcomes of the training are different and as such the approach to training may have common elements but will have differences. For example as gor does not have an underpinning of consentuality (other than the paracticalities associated with vt) and the attitude of a slave will therefore be different, training is in My view differnt in its approach ..for example it is performed by a range of people as its technicality is more onerous than bdsm training which is often defined by a girls limits
Kayla~~~ Initally I go at training as if the person knows nothing of Gor and it's serves. I approach it as trying not to judge a girl but at the same time being helpful. I also give them the tools to train themselves by letting them know I am taking it straight from the slave manual *ss* Kinda self help *ss*
Errand Knight~~~ It sems to Me that gorean training which involves far more resarch and knowledge gaining than other lifestyles is more exacting and often more collegial requiring the assistance of slave classes. It also has a stronger reliance on punishment in whatever form
Lemuel~~~ ~nods~ I would point them to the slave pages for our Home and give them example serves, book quotes, etc. to help them learn their way on Gor.

Kayla~~~ well the main difference I see between sub and slave training EK would be as a sub you really only have to learn what you want being that it is consentual.. and a Gorean slave needs to learn it all if they are to live in Gor. a single mistake can be their last *ss*

Errand Knight~~~ Kayla: I agree and that can be quite demanding and indeed intimidating to those new to gor. Aside from the capture element it is probablly why many girls who are stimulated by the concept of slavery are hesitant with the gorean world

Kayla~~~ Every roleplay should be a chance of learning and teaching for all involved... not in a chore like way but making the learning fun... but each serve is a chance to observe those that serve and get to know thier strengths and weekness and the slave learn who is observent to cares about the serve they give. they also teach a Free who may not know better when an order is given without site basis...
