He isn't wishing everyone to know.. and so He mentions it to Miles of Vonda, saying that he's not skilled with the sword.. and Miles resheathed the sword, yet asked how he was to keep his honor intact.. Jason said he didn't know.. Miles then in turn, slapped Jason and spit on him..

Rollo the Ax~~~ LOL.. okay disputes of non warriors .... I see this matter as one that could be resolved in many ways... and to try and set a single * SET * rules or such would do more harm than good.... Lets just try taking each of these on a case by case basis.....

Rollo the Ax~~~ Generally, as I understand the books, yes, a warrior COULD take anything he wanted, or fight and kill anybody... * his sword setting His limits *... but also, in the codes of the warrior, they were supposed to defend those weaker when defending their home stone, or if being paid to ..... so the whole things boils down to a * personal honor * thing to Me... for a stronger man to * pick on * a less trained one, to MY thinking, shows a lack of honor.... BUT that does NOT give a non warrior the right to think he can challenge a warrior and get away with it.......

Kyoto~~~ Slaves have very strong needs and desires... it is up to her Master to see that and determine if he is going to allow her to fulfill them, or to simmer until such time as he is ready for her to do so.
I have found, from personal experience, that if a slave truly submits to her Master, she then discovers that her baser needs come to the forefront.
