How would the serve resolve what flavor(s) is 'yellow' and what is 'purple'?

As usual, it seems one of John Norman's contradictions .. Ice .. unless the parts we're focused on are 'ice in the summer' .. and 'most' (which might not include business establishments?)
My house, incidentally, like most Gorean houses, had no ice chest. There is little cold storage on Gor. Generally food is preserved by being dried or salted. Some cold storage, of course, does exist. Ice is cut from ponds in the winter, and then stored in ice houses, under sawdust. One may go to the ice houses for it, or have it delivered in ice wagons. Most Goreans, of course, cannot afford the luxury of ice in the summer.

However, there was a black market it it, and the books do say it was available in the Port Towns and along the River towns. Remember, a lot for the Men in Port Kar were Pirates, and had access to things not available to most folks..

Master Dak......this one has always done long involved serves, however, she has found that not all Masters have the time, nor like to wait so long for such serves. This may be what You are encountering, but girls are trained differently. Perhaps if You ask a girl to serve You, You should let them know what kind of serve YOU expect from them? *Raises an eyebrow* Or regular girls should know the preferrences of regular Masters they serve. This one tries to not do long and involved serves with Masters who have no patience for them.
