Tells a lot about what things they did at Carnival. Useful to know since One is being planned. I'm sure You know already, as do I, but I found it helpful to refresh Myself on details.

HHHmmm, sometimes you do have to be flexible in roleplaying. Try to stay true to the character, but there are times if playing with someone new that may do something out of character in order to make them feel more comfortable or sometimes just because it is fun.

snowrose can't say that she ever plays along, just because others want it...well of course if the Free want it, she obeys...but that is in character...she is not always happy with everything, but she does it

OOC should always stay in whispers and it can have both effects. But think more often than not, OOC info hinders more than it helps. If you don't know something that is going on, or something about another character it is often more fun to play that out IC than adjust your characters reactions by obtaining OOC information.

Actually, shuri, Forum and book club are ooc, out of character, for all of us, but I think We all learn a lot, both from the books, and from learning each others' thoughts abut Gor and the roleplay and the books.

Well as far as playing a slave IC, and bending your character to the will of the Free, it is simply the nature of Gor that is going to happen for a slave. It is then up to your Master or Mistress to correct anything that may have not been right.

Well flicka is flicka, what is online is also in real life, very little modification. Sometimes this works against a girl in that she does not "pretend" to greater or lesser "Goreanaety".
However in role play sometimes flicka will exaggerate, much as one would on stage as apposed to say on film, draw a broader brushstroke, still within that, flicka is still flicka.

snow, a lot of times what we choose nor need to do and be in real life depart somewhat from what we prefer to do on-line. In a way, it can make us more 'well-rounded". For example, I am a Free Woman here, but my Nephew tells Me I am so submissive r/t that I can't even say "Boo!" to the dogs! *LOL*

Well, flicka, grew up in the 40s and 50s, when that was a woman's role. We knew no other way back then. And yes, it had its difficulties, but that's how it was. As for the dogs, they established from Day 1 that it is their house, and they only let us live here because we feed them! *LOL*
