sometimes this one forgets to go to My Settings and click the last loaded for the tag.. used to be there automatically after you put it in... but with the new format of the chatroom, you have to put it in there Everytime.. sometimes you just forget to put it up.

I know for me, I haven't been in for months, and nothing is set up the way it was.
I personally don't have the worry of collar issues, but if a person doesn't come in very often, it might not be fresh in their minds about the readjustment.
If they ARE frequent visitors, then it should be a habit thing. As in, get in the habit, if that's what's expected.

We have avitars that can have a collar text on it, that is enough no? I could walk around with "Donkey Cock" as My tag line, but it does not mean My name is that. And in regards to the avitar, I think everyone should have a collar on that, but that is simply personal opinion. In personal opinion also, I think all should also have it in their tag line. But we are talking laws, and again, the only rule I remember, is for forum.

Back in the day, I think it *was* some kind of rule or protocol... Gary used to have to set the tagline, and silk colors used to be displayed as part of the deal, when that was used to keep track of who was trained how (even though silk colors have nothing to do with training, per the books).
Anyway, in the general scheme of things, is it that big of a deal? If someone is deliberately trying to be defiant, and using the collar thing as a mechanism for that, then that's not so hot. But otherwise, is it a big deal?
