Do they not have to petition the Council after trying numerous times to contact their owner. After 1 month of contacting the council, if the slave or Council haven't heard from the Master/Mistress isnt it up to the Council to decide the slaves fate?

that is right. ari and her owners were RT friends (was lucky enough to meet them when she visited the US) and knew the circumstances of their rt. Also ari had become friends with Master Sarakai and Mistress Phen so the transition was quite easy.

Laroona that is one thing I never forget. I always tell my slaves if they are not happy being in my kolar let me know and I will sell them or free them. Why have an unhappy slave that will not be pleasing.

Least in GS its not so bad. if one leaves a kolar here she ends up in anothers kolar that is in GS. Least ya know her training will be put to good use still. Cause I am sure many here train their slaves the same as the Council trains the GS slaves.

That is very true Mistress, like i said it can seem very selfish. Might not be the wisest of choices, or kindest, but you have to shrug that off as just someone who is playing at Gor. It is simply a role, sort of like job hunting. Take your second pick to get the training for the one you want. It is hard for those who are mixed heavily with Gor to understand the unnatached view of some people when it comes to 'loyalty' and homes.

In my opinion when r/t comes in, as long as it isn't a one week excuse to get out of a collar, the role play ends there if both parties agree to it. 6 months is a long time and no one should be forcibly held to a storyline if they don't want to. As to the latter part, if i were the Free, if a girl used r/t to beg release and came back in say a month and didn't want to persue my collar, then I'd send her packing for taking a cheap shot at r/t for an excuse.

Well I let my slave keep her kolar if she has RTI to deal with and then she is mine still, but if I says no and I remove my kolar and then say later on she comes back then no I do not have first right to her. I will take her back if that is what she wants.

Master Blade, that is what ari meant about not being totally released, like what you said about still wearing your collar until a time when she came back.

I think what I hate more then a kolar hopper is a slave that removes her own kolar cause she figures her MAster left her. What I mean she removes her kolar with out sending more them one email or posting in on the cork of the home or on a site cork *example: the Main jag cork* If a slave has tried main times and nothing then I am cool with her having the kolar removed.

That is why I always say to a slave I am kolaring. If at any time you are not happy in my kolar come to me. We will see if it can be fixed or I will let ya go. At least this way we may remain as friends and if we happen to run across each other in another room/site then things are cool and no fights will break out.
