Well Kyoto, I suppose online the women have the safety net of the screen and Modern Society, so they are comfortable being who they are online and behind the screen. In the books it was that the women were jealous, hated seeing what they themselves could be and the attention they get from Men. Online, you might find a few get jealous of slaves, they might end up becoming slaves, but I think a lot of it comes down to who is the bad guy/gal and the good guy/gal. The good get the attention, the friends, the gossip, the trust and a lot of that comes by being "nice" to people online. The bad get all the crap. In the end, you don't come online to put up with bullshit, so if you don't bullshit others, you get treated the same way back. Plus, most of the time, the majority of Goreans online are female, so without males company, they probably find friendship between FC and slaves easier.

In real life one of My pet peeves is pretentious, arrogant Ppeople who feel that the globe revolves around Tthem. In terms of Ghandi, his time was the time of big changes in Society of his people, they were moving forwards in a big way. If you look at T.K. Oommen's work on the Hindu society, the untouchables were abolished in the 1950's, so, progression and westernization with the intervention of mass media helped change views of their Society. On Gor, the structure is supposed to be set, unchangable.
Online however, the structure is wide open and determined by one persons own views and experience, which often clashes with anothers.
