Ok, the short of it is this...
A spar lasts, usually, 3-5 posts each, with three being for friendly matches and five usually reserved for something momentous such as a tournament or death match.
During each post, the poster makes three offensive actions and two defensive. This forces him to accept and acknowledge one of his opponents actions.
No action can be a force post, meaning you cannot thrust a spear into his heart or decapitate him. You can state that it is your goal, but you cannot force it.
